It reads chat to build profiles for eligible chatters only — you set the minimum sub tier and whether mods count regardless. A profile is re-synthesised every 100 eligible messages by default, not on every line.
They type !optoutai in chat, once. They are then never profiled and never a target, here or on any other channel using StreamerCatalyst. Removing someone from your opt-out list clears your record of the gesture — it does not consent on their behalf, and it cannot lift a global opt-out.
