No. Access Control is the broadcaster’s page. Mods see the boards you shared at the level you set, and a board you have not shared does not appear for them at all.
Nothing is deleted. Your boards stay where they are and stay readable; you just cannot create new ones past the limit of the plan you are on until you are back above it.
No, and they do different jobs. Your Twitch schedule says when you are live; a board says what you are actually doing and who is doing it. Discord can mirror the Twitch schedule into your server as real events.
